4.2 Upon registration and payment of applicable fees, users receive access to and are granted use of the course materials ("Courses") and exams.
4.3 Information received through LSC.training is to be used solely for individual purposes. None of the content may be reproduced, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, translated into any language, retransmitted in any form, resold, or redistributed without the prior written consent of Lincoln Square Coaching LLC, except that the User may reproduce limited excerpts for personal use only, provided that each such copy contains a copyright notice as follows: Copyright © 2024 by Lincoln Square Coaching LLC. 4.4 Without prior written consent, you may only print, download, or otherwise use the Content in the form of: (i) one machine-readable copy; (ii) one backup copy; and (iii) one print copy, for your non-commercial use.
4.5 You shall not delete any proprietary notices or materials with regard to the foregoing manifestations of the Content.
5.1 You agree to use LSC.training for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any other person.
5.2 You will not:

6.1 Fees for courses or services are as quoted on LSC.training. We reserve the right to change fees at any time.
6.2 All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processors.
6.3 Refund Policy:

Eligibility: Users are eligible for a full refund of any paid course fees within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that the user has not completed more than 20% of the training content.

Completion Rate Calculation: The completion rate is based on data tracked by our learning platform, which monitors course progression. This includes, but is not limited to, pages viewed, videos watched, quizzes taken, and any other measurable interactions within the course.

Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact us at lms@lincolnsqcoaching.com within the 14-day period. Upon receiving the request, we will review the user's course progression data to verify eligibility.

Approval and Processing: If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of the approval.

Denied Refunds: Refund requests will be denied if: (a) The request is made more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
(b) The user has completed more than 20% of the course content, as determined by our learning platform's tracking data. (c) The user has downloaded certificates of completion or other course materials that cannot be revoked or returned.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of technical issues or extenuating circumstances that prevent course access or completion, users may contact us for review on a case-by-case basis.

Course Access After Refund: Upon issuing a refund, LSC.training reserves the right to revoke access to the course content.
6.4 We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on LSC.training.
LSC.training and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice and the Content of this Website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

This Agreement is to be governed and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without regard for principles of conflicts of laws. Any civil action, claim, dispute or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except for an injunctive action regarding a breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement by you, shall be referred to final and binding arbitration, before a single arbitrator, under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York.
11.1 LSC.training collects personal information about our users. This information includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, mailing address, email, and phone number. This information is used to provide users with goods and services, including course access, certifications, and more.
11.2 LSC.training does not sell personal information to anyone and only shares it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Lincoln Square Coaching LLC.
